CF Montréal will likely be internet hosting a free digital conference on February 25 at 6:30 pm ET with head coach Thierry Henry and his assistant coaches to debate the influence of Black coaches on young athletes.
The digital conference, which will likely be streamed on cfmontreal.com, will likely be hosted by Fabrice Vil, founding father of Pour 3 Factors. CF Montreal have additionally introduced a partnership with the non-profit group to strengthen the membership’s group and social engagements.

Apart from Henry, assistant coaches Wilfried Nancy, Kwame Ampadu and Patrice Bernier are all slated to take part.
“The truth that the teaching employees of an expert soccer team is made up principally of black coaches is a powerful image for youth of all backgrounds all through society,” Vil said in a launch. “Moreover, many black coaches from totally different ranges help the communities wherein they work, and not just on the sporting level. It’s necessary to acknowledge that.”
The occasion is being held as a part of Black History Month. The 2 organizations beforehand partnered in 2020 to promote T-shirts across the Black Lives Matter marketing campaign, with all proceeds going to Pour 3 Factors. The marketing campaign is returning in 2021 with a new T-shirt design that’ll be unveiled Feb. 25.
