Blackpool goalkeeper Chris Maxwell has received the Sky Bet League One Golden Glove award for the 2020/21 season.
Maxwell made 43 appearances for the Seasiders and saved 21 clear sheets, giving him the best charge in League One this season amongst these taking part in at the least 10 video games.
Maxwell said: “I’m completely delighted. This award is massive, not just for me however for the entire team. The manager has labored hard on how we put together defensively and that has proven within the amount of unpolluted sheets that we’ve had this season.
“This award is actually one you set a goal for on the start of the season and to have a 50 per cent ratio for clear sheets is one thing that I’ll look back on for the entire of my career as considered one of my best moments and best seasons that I’ve had.
