The winter preparation of FK Senica footballers for the second half of the 2020/2021 season started on Tuesday with physical tests. The team’s first official joint training is scheduled for Thursday, January 7.
Individual physical testing will last until Wednesday. The A-team players are currently divided into four groups, of which the first half passed the tests on Tuesday. Testing takes place under the guidance of FK Senic fitness trainer Tomáš Vacula.
“We started the winter preparation with the initial diagnostics, we could divide the battery of tests into two parts. The first part was focused on the detection of movement stereotypes, from these tests we obtained important data about players in terms of injury prevention. The second part was the speed-force performance tests themselves. The information obtained from diagnostics will help us to optimize the training process, ”Vacula explained for the club website.
During the first test day, the defender of FK Senica, Jakub Nemec, also reported at the crash, for whom it will be the first winter training in Senice colors.
“I spent the holidays in a family circle, I also managed a short stay in the Tatras. I quite like winter training, I don’t have a problem with it, even though it’s harder. It suits me, in addition, there are several preparatory matches, “said the 28-year-old footballer.
