Papa John’s Trophy Final – Accreditation Notice

Football DataCo, on behalf of the EFL, is now receiving functions for media accreditation to the Papa John’s Trophy ‘Wembley Weekender’ on Saturday 13 and Sunday 14 March at Wembley Stadium.

The Finals will happen as follows:

Saturday 13 March

Portsmouth v Salford City

3pm

Sunday 14 March

Sunderland AFC v Tranmere Rovers

3pm

Be aware that these are two separate software processes – please learn the directions under earlier than making your software. 

WRITTEN MEDIA, PHOTOGRAPHERS AND BROADCASTERS (Non-rights holders)

APPLICATION PROCESS:

All functions for accredited journalists, photographers and broadcasters (non-rights holders) have to be made by way of the Web Press Reserving System (i-PBS), which is accessed by way of the Football DataCo web site, www.football-dataco.com.  

Single match requests needs to be directed to accreditations@football-dataco.com.

All functions have to be obtained by 5.00pm on Wednesday 3 March.  

Candidates will obtain an e-mail confirming whether or not the applying has been profitable in the beginning of w/c Monday 8 March.

BROADCASTERS (Rights Holders)

Broadcast rights holders (tv and radio) might be contacted shortly with related accreditation types to use. All types have to be submitted by noon on Wednesday 3 March.

LICENSING: 

Solely journalists and photographers representing organisations licensed by the EFL and/or Premier League might be admitted. 

Passes might be issued to WORKING JOURNALISTS and PHOTOGRAPHERS ONLY.  No under-16’s might be admitted to working areas.

ID CARDS 

All accredited broadcasters, journalists and photographers are required to bring legitimate proof of identification to the match.  

Solely the next types of identification are thought-about acceptable: 

  • EFL/Premier League Identification Card • UK Press Card • AIPS Card

 All press & photographers might be given broadband web entry at their desks/ pitch side and of their work rooms.   

  • To request an ISDN or cellphone line, please full the order kind and send to wembley.occasions@bt.com by no later than 5.00pm on Thursday 4 March.


PARKING  

Parking might be obtainable within the Red Automotive Park at Wembley Stadium.
