‘There’s no reasons’ – Solskjaer sends message to Man Utd stars in front of City Carabao Cup standoff

The Red Devils manager is trusting that his side’s great ongoing structure will be sufficient to see them over the line against Pep Guardiola’s men

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer says Manchester United will have no reasons for neglecting to arrive at the last of the Carabao Cup and accepts fresher legs could give his side the edge over Manchester City.

Joined together, who face Pep Guardiola’s side in Wednesday’s semi-last tie, beat Aston Villa in the Premier League on Friday night, allowing them five days rest in front of the derby confrontation.

City, then, played on Sunday evening ceaselessly to Chelsea in the group, with Solskjaer having affirmed that Edinson Cavani, who is serving the second of a three-game boycott, is the lone non-attendant heading into the conflict at Old Trafford.
